Person: Every character in Lord of the Flies is very important, for they each represent some aspect of society and how inhumane nature within each human can tear that apart. We should all be able to see some us in each character, for each character is special and unique.

A running joke from a modern Lord of the Flies AU that my friends and I occasionally make: I had to draw it. HAD to. 

“Ralph, please! Would you quit stare-flirting with Merridew?”“We are not stare-flirting! We’re simply… Holding eye contact and winking at each other, that’s all!” Ralph looks back at Jack and smiles, sending him a wink. Jack then responds with a flirty giggle and a wink in return. “You guys just did it! YOU DID IT AGAIN!”

Piggy as Quasimodo

Jack as Frollo, because they blame others to justify their wrongdoings, Frollo burns down Paris to find Esmeralda, and Jack burns down the island (to kill Ralph bUT still)

Simon as Esmeralda because she’s kind to Quasimodo, like how Simon is kind to Piggy when he offers his meat to him

and Ralph as Phoebus because Ralmon! and he looks like him

Maurice would be Clopin, but I couldn’t draw him properly. Some other time lol

Roger is probably the guy in the beginning whipping one of the prisoners or something

Also both the 63′ movie and Hunchback of Notre Dame movie have the repeating phrases of “Kyrie Eleison” and at the end of HoND they ask “What makes a monster and what makes a man?”
