anyway, “let’s make tusok-tusok the pwet-pwet” is conyo for “let’s stick it in the butt”/“let’s poke the butt (with a stick)”

conyo is kind of like a bastardised version of code switching between filipino and english, where you don’t really adhere to the grammar rules + proper syntax of either languages, so it sounds… foolish tbh urban dictionary as well as this post can further explain it
